We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. PawPerfect is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt in their original, unopened condition. Perishable goods and opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
